Forum will hold AGM on 12 March 2024

The annual general meeting of the Hampstead Neighbourhood Forum will be held at 7pm on Tuesday 12th March 2024 at Hampstead Community Centre, 78 Hampstead High Street, London NW3 1RE. The meeting will include a discussion on retrofitting houses.

We will brief members on the Forum’s activities over the past year. These have principally consisted of work by committee members and advisers on drafting changes to the Neighbourhood Plan, so as to promote sustainable design and enhance the natural environment. We outlined and discussed the potential revisions at last year’s AGM.

We will elect the committee. Details of the nominees will be displayed on this website well before the meeting. Nominees must have the support of two Forum members. We will seek approval of the annual accounts. The minutes of last year’s AGM can be found here.

The AGM formalities will be followed by the discussion on retrofitting, of which details will be circulated nearer the time.
