Come to our AGM on 16 March and have your say on local transport

Please join us on Monday 16 March for our Annual General Meeting and for a discussion on how to improve transport and traffic in Hampstead.
The meeting will be held at 7pm at Burgh House, New End Square, NW3 1LT. We aim to finish by 9pm.
Firstly, we will hold a short AGM. We will discuss the impact of the Hampstead Neighbourhood Plan, which has now been in effect for more than a year. A new committee will be elected: the list of nominated candidates is below.
As required, we have posted the minutes of last year's AGM here.
Secondly, following a short break for refreshments, we will invite you to take part in an informal discussion on how to improve local traffic and transport, promote cleaner air and create a more walkable environment.

We hope that the ideas we develop can contribute to a larger consultative initiative that is getting under way, covering the wider Hampstead area. This involves the Hampstead Transport Partnership and other local organisations, as well as Camden transport officers and councillors.

We hope you will be able to join us.
